Training

Public training will be posted on the website and provided throughout the year. Public trainings include meeting site, lunch and a certificate of completion. 

Have a specific topic you would like your group to improve upon?  We offer customizable training/workshop combinations that include lecture and activities to ensure understanding.  In workshops we will use tools learned in training to build your programs, i.e conduct mock recall or hazard analysis, write specifications or build food defense plan.

FDA regulations; 21 CFR 111, 117

  1. Intro to 111 & relevant parts of 117 – Basic understanding of regulations for those who manufacture, package and hold/distribute dietary supplements (DS)

  2. Intro to 117 – Basic understanding of regulations for those who manufacture, package and hold/distribute food

  3. Customized advanced training of 111/117 – 1 day on-site ($2400/on-site)

  4. Add workshop – 4-8 hours (price TBD)

FSPCA FOREIGN SUPPLIER VERIFICATION PROGRAMS (FSVP) COURSE

  1. Implement the FSVP requirements from FSMA – 2 days ($750/person, group rate available for on-site)

  2. Add workshop 4-8 hours (price TBD)
